Here at Northern Orthodontics, we understand that life is busy. But that’s not a reason to delay starting orthodontic treatment. We now use a state-of-the-art smartphone app called Dental Monitoring, which allows our Specialist Orthodontist to remotely track the movement of your teeth.
Dental Monitoring is a smartphone app that we use to help track the progress of your Invisalign® treatment from wherever you are. Using this software means you won’t need to visit our practice as often and we’ll be able to assess your smile when you’re at home, work, school - even when on holiday.
The app is simple - if you can take a photo, you can use Dental Monitoring. Once you’re advised by your Specialist Orthodontist to download the app, you’ll be taken through the simple steps of uploading photos of your smile and teeth every week, or when it is necessary for your specific Invisalign® treatment journey.
Dr Mojtaba will then review your photos and will send you his recommendations, and advise if any adjustments are needed to your treatment plan. If not - your remote check-in with Dental Monitoring is complete!
